No Exchanges or Returns

All purchases are final except in the event that a product arrives to you damaged.  Please contact us to report damage.  In the event your candle is not satisfactory, please contact us and let us know. 

Return Policy

Shipping Information

For The US

Flat rate shipping $7 per order over $25. For orders under $25, shipping rates will be as follows: 

Order total         Shipping rate

 $0 - $7                      $3

 $7 - $25                     $5

 $25 and up.                $7


All in-stock items are shipped via USPS within one business day. Custom orders will take up to 15 days to ship. Candles purchased during summer months after Thursdays at noon may be delayed until Monday. 

USPS gives us an estimated delivery time of 2-4 days, however, they have been experiencing delays. This is out of our control and, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for longer-than-expected shipping times. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Special orders, including large quantities of in-stock items, will be shipped within the time frame specified in our Special Order Contract.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
