All sales are final. However, we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you receive the incorrect order or your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can fix the issue.
We do understand that shopping home fragrance online is tough, so if you receive an item that you just don't like, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work out a solution. We will accept unused items in sellable condition for store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Flat rate shipping $7 per order over $25. For orders under $25, shipping rates will be as follows:

All in-stock items are shipped via USPS within one business day. Custom orders will take up to 15 days to ship. Candles purchased during summer months after Thursdays at noon may be delayed until Monday.
USPS gives us an estimated delivery time of 2-4 days, however, they have been experiencing delays. This is out of our control and, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for longer-than-expected shipping times. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Special orders, including large quantities of in-stock items, will be shipped within the time frame specified in our Special Order Contract.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
